Software Developer / Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Developer / Full Stack Software Engineer

IPQualityScore (IPQS) is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions to help stop fraud and detect malicious actors on the internet. If you have a passion for technology and software development or a passion for analyzing malicious traffic, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.


Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Ensure software solutions meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software development technologies and programming languages.

Requirements:
  • 3 years experience or greater in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of at least 2 programming languages. (Python, PHP, Golang, NodeJS, VueJS, TypeScript, Java, C, C#, C++, Rust, etc…)
  • Understanding of Linux and basic system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Git and SQL.
  • Willing to pick up and program in PHP, Golang and other languages as assigned.

Extra Points For:
  • Understanding of PHP and Golang.
  • Ability to work in VueJS.
  • Advanced system administration skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MySQL.
  • Ability to work in low level languages and/or understand binary.
  • Advanced knowledge of virus scanning technology and/or malware analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge in any of the following: monitoring software, Postman, web server technologies, hypervisor technologies, networking, machine learning, artificial intelligence, packet analysis, custom file formats, binary trees, etc…
  • Understanding of IPQualityScore’s APIs, frameworks or other utilities.
  • Able to speak/read/write in another language outside english.

As a C Level Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our leadership team (CEO, CTO, CIO, COO) with a wide range of tasks/projects. In this high-paced, high-energy, and constantly changing environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team, managing daily operations, and ensuring seamless communication between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and can adapt quickly to evolving tasks and priorities. Executive Support:
  • Proactively manage the CTO/CIO's schedule, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring the CTO/CIO is well-prepared for engagements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CTO/CIO and internal/external partners, ensuring efficient communication.

Daily Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks, including managing emails, drafting correspondences, and document preparation.
  • Stay ahead of administrative needs, anticipating requirements and proactively addressing them.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review.

Technical Assistance and Client Interaction:
  • Provide technical support to the CTO/CIO and liaise with the technical team to resolve issues promptly.
  • Respond to client inquiries of a technical nature, utilizing programming knowledge to address their questions.
  • Interact with clients professionally, demonstrating a deep understanding of our technical products/services.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a high-paced startup environment or similar role is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with APIs and real-time web services or data enrichments.
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in at least 1 programming language (JavaScript, PHP, React, Node, Golang, etc.).
  • Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • High energy level, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, even under pressure.
  • Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations seamlessly.
